"Jam" è una canzone di Michael Jackson è il quinto singolo estratto dall' album del 1991 Dangerous, estratta come quinto singolo nel 1992. Il singolo è stato ripubblicato nel 2006 contenuto nel box set Visionary: The Video Singles. Il rap nella canzone, è eseguito da Heavy D. Fu nominata ai Grammy Awards del 1993 per le categorie Best R&B Vocal Performance e Best R&B Song. Il video della canzone è stato girato in collaborazione con Michael Jordan, leggenda dell'NBA. Quest'ultimo la cantava con i Chicago Bulls, la sua ex squadra, al campionato del 1992, nel video "Untouchabulls". La canzone fu eseguita da Jackson in tutti i concerti del Dangerous World Tour.

Il video di "Jam" ha come tema la pallacanestro, dove Jackson insegna al leggendario cestista Michael Jordan come ballare e, in cambio, Jordan insegna a Jackson come giocare a pallacanestro. Degli effetti speciali fanno vedere Michael Jackson che tira una palla dall'esterno di un edificio, facendola entrare nel canestro. La versione più lunga del video include alcune scene in cui Jackson insegna il Moonwalk a Jordan. Kris Kross e Heavy D fanno un cameo.
